Man Shoots At Cop After Mistaking Him For A Zombie!

A man who fired a gun at a policeman as he chased him has told a court that he only shot at the cop because he thought he was a zombie.

22-year-old Brandon Duke from Colorado appeared in court yesterday and pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted murder by reason of insanity.

Duke was chased by a police officer in May who was trying to arrest him on an outstanding warrant. Duke opened fire on the policeman but missed, the arresting officer returned fire and shot Duke in the arm and torso.

That’s got to be his worst nightmare, a zombie with a badge, and a gun.

Duke is due back in court on 3rd December following a mental health evaluation.
